Having trained in Anatomy & Physiology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Pathophysiology, Counselling & Communications at the prestigious Raworth International College, I then went on to gain a diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage from the London School of Sports Massage.
A firm believer in Continual Professional Development, I continue to train in advanced sports and remedial massage techniques. Courses I have taken include Advanced Certificate in Musculo-Skeletal Anatomy, Working with the Spine and Advanced Stretching - I strive to be the best at what I do, giving my clients treatments that are results led, backed up by knowledge and most importantly, feel.
